Cusneon currently ships within the United States.

Estimated shipping time is 7–12 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Standard shipping is $9.99, with free shipping on orders over $69.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Products must generally be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories.

8. Warranty

Eligible Cusneon lighting products are covered by a 12-month warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by failure to follow product instructions.

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, layouts, and original images, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
